Released by Lionsgate in 2020, Our Feature documentary DTF spent 6 weeks in the top 5 of both the U.K and U.S Doc charts. The raw, chaotic, and unfiltered fly on the wall, divided audiences at various film festivals around the world, and continues to court debate with its controversial expose of toxic masculinity and 21st century addictive behaviour.

Rob Reed
Director / Producer / Editor
Starting out as a producer at Xfm and BBC 6 Music prior to his work as a filmmaker and possessing a lifelong passion for film, Rob began to write and direct his own material in 2008, winning an award for debut short ‘The Driving Test’ at the Raindance Film Festival.
His and Steve’s debut no-budget comedy feature ‘Down The Road’ has been released on Amazon through a partnership with MY Productions and short film 'Mark & Alan' screened at both the 2014 London Short Film Festival and Aesthetica Film Festival..
He continues to produce a variety of film work alongside creating content for a range of clients, film festivals and charities that include the NHS, Unilever, Manchester University, Eagle FR and HBD amongst others.
Most recently his short documentary 'Copy Of The Nature' toured as part of the BFI's Nothern Exposure film series.
Steve Marsh
Producer / Writer / Presenter
Steve began his career in 2002 as a stand up comedian and worked extensively on the comedy circuit getting booed, cheered, applauded and heckled for the next 8 years.
Alongside his stage work Steve made his first inroads into the media as a writer and comedy performer in the early noughties starring as Big Cook Ben in the iconic Cbeebies TV show Big Cook Little Cook and as a writer on TV shows like Big Brothers Big Mouth, Crash test Dummies and Soccer A.M.
Over the last 20 years Steve has worked as a creative on countless Ad campaigns for the likes of Nestle, Betfair, Saatchi and Saatchi, Mars to name just a few.
Steve’s TV and Film experience is varied, having worked with Directors Ken Loach on The Film “Looking for Eric” and Matt Whitecross on “Spike Island”.
Al bailey
Writer / Producer / Presenter
With a rich background in feature film development, writing, directing, and producing, Al has made significant contributions since 2012.
His feature documentary "DTF" achieved remarkable success, reaching number one in the UK documentary charts and securing international acclaim through festivals and releases by Lionsgate and Gravitas.
Al's influence extends to his role as co-founder of MANIFF and head of the documentary jury at the Slamdance Film Festival.
He has also reviewed films on BBC Radio 4 and serves on Oxford University's advisory board.
